退貨換貨或退款準則

1. 任何換貨或退貨必須於購物日起三十天內進行;
All requests for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days from date of purchase;
2. 如未能出示與貨品相關之發票正本, 恕不接受任何換貨或退貨
Exchange or refund will not be accepted unless original receipt of the relevant merchandise is presented within 30 days from date of purchase;
3. 所有已開啟使用或遭損毀之產品, 不接受任何換貨或退貨。本公司保留確定貨品是否有上述情況的絕對權利;
No exchange or refund will be accepted if the relevant merchandise has been consumed or damaged. CNE has absolute right to determine the condition of merchandise;
4. 所有換購價推廣、贈品推廣及套裝推廣之貨品, 只限更換同等價值之相同貨品, 於購物日起三十天之內進行
Any promotional items including value packs, gifts with purchase etc. can only be exchange for the same item with the same value, within 30 days
From date of purchase;
5. Charm & Easy Retailing Limited保留以上細則之最後及絕對決定權
Charm & Easy Retailing Limited has absolute right in determinating the above terms and conditions.
